How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe and automatically transferred to your connected bank account. Payouts typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
What fees does Gleam charge?
Gleam charges a platform fee based on your plan (0-9%) plus Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + €0.25 per transaction). VAT is handled separately.
How is VAT handled?
Gleam automatically calculates and collects VAT based on your customer's location. For EU customers, the appropriate VAT rate is applied at checkout.
Can I offer refunds?
Yes, you can process refunds through the Sales page or directly in your Stripe dashboard. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
What file types can I sell?
You can sell any digital file type including PDFs, ZIPs, images, videos, audio files, and more. File size limits depend on your plan.
