In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases made through Gleam.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact the seller directly via email
  2. Include your order confirmation email
  3. State your reason for the refund request

Alternatively, you can contact Gleam support at support@gleam.io if you cannot reach the seller.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5-10 business days for credit/debit card payments
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exceptions

Please note that while we honor the 14-day right of withdrawal, sellers may have additional terms. In some cases, access to downloaded content may be revoked upon refund.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods or, in the case of digital content, from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Important Notice for Digital Products

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you agree that performance begins immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

However, we still honor refund requests within 14 days as a gesture of goodwill, provided the product has significant issues or does not match its description.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Gleam are required to:

  • Respond to refund requests within 48 hours
  • Process valid refunds promptly
  • Provide accurate product descriptions to minimize disputes
